Mission
Sherpa Holic Social Foundation was established in response to the deep educational challenges faced by children in remote Himalayan regions of Nepal, where poverty, geographic isolation, and limited awareness force many children to leave school at a very young age. In these mountain communities, children are often pushed into labor or unsafe work simply to support family survival, not because families do not care, but because they lack alternatives.
The foundation’s mission is to ensure that every child, regardless of where they are born, has access to education, safety, and basic dignity. By providing school supplies, uniforms, food support, hostel accommodation, and scholarships, Sherpa Holic Social Foundation works to remove the practical barriers that prevent children from staying in school. Through education, the foundation seeks to protect children from early labor, break the cycle of poverty, and create meaningful, long-term change for families and communities.

Vision
Sherpa Holic Social Foundation envisions a future where children in the Himalayan region grow up learning in classrooms rather than working in hardship, and where education becomes a shared community value rather than an unreachable privilege. The foundation dreams of mountain communities where parents are empowered to support their children’s education and where children can grow with confidence, knowledge, and opportunity.
This vision extends beyond individual students. Educated children become informed adults who can improve family well-being, strengthen local economies, and contribute positively to their communities. By investing in education today, the foundation aims to help build stronger, healthier, and more self-reliant Himalayan communities for generations to come.

Values
Education as a Right: Every child deserves access to education, regardless of economic status, geography, or family background.
Compassion and Respect: The foundation works with families and communities in a respectful, culturally sensitive, and people-centered way.
Equity and Inclusion: Special priority is given to children from marginalized communities, orphaned children, and those raised by single mothers.
Transparency and Trust: Donor contributions are used responsibly and directly for the benefit of children who need support the most.
Sustainability: The foundation focuses on long-term educational support that creates lasting impact rather than short-term relief.
Hope and Empowerment: Education is viewed as a tool to give children confidence, choice, and control over their future.
Why Donor Support Matters
Donor support is essential to making this mission possible. A single contribution can provide school materials, meals, or safe accommodation that allows a child to remain in school for an entire year. Continued support helps children complete their education and build a future free from early labor and hardship. By supporting Sherpa Holic Social Foundation, donors become partners in changing lives through education helping transform not just individual children, but entire communities across the Himalayan region.
