How to Book a Trip?

• Step 1: Choose your preferred trekking or expedition package.
• Step 2: Contact Sherpa Holic Treks & Expeditions for trip details, pricing, and availability.
• Step 3: Confirm your booking by making an advance payment (usually 20–30% of the total cost).
• Step 4: Receive a confirmation invoice with trip details.
• Step 5: Complete any necessary paperwork (passport copy, travel insurance, etc.)
  

Confirming the Booking

• Once the client finalizes the trip, they must fill out a booking form (online or via email).

Payment Policy

Deposit Requirement:
A non-refundable deposit (typically 20–30%) is required to secure your booking.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, online payment (PayPal, Wise), or credit/debit card.

Final Payment:
The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival in Nepal before the trek starts.
Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and digital wallets (eSewa, Khalti for local clients)

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• More than 30 days before departure: Partial refund after deducting the deposit.
• 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total cost.
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
• Expedition cancellations may have different policies due to permit and logistic costs.
  

Travel Insurance Requirement

Clients must have travel insurance covering emergency medical evacuation, accidents, and trip cancellations.

Document Requirements

• A valid passport (at least six months before expiry).
• Nepal visa (can be obtained on arrival or online).
• Passport-size photos (for permits).
